How do I check the status of my order?

You should receive a tracking email within 5-12 business days after you place an order.

Processing times are this long is because all products are custom made to order & go through a quality check to ensure every order is perfect. If you didn't get the tracking email within 12 business days, please email support at support@merchbubble.com

How long does delivery take?

Since we have many warehouses worldwide, shipments can take anywhere from 3-25 days to be delivered depending on your location.

Why have I only received part of my order?

We partner with two manufacturers in the USA and one in China. For this reason, some of your products will get to you in different packages.

Don't panic if you don't receive all items at once...they will get to you!

I've put a wrong shipping address and/or picked a wrong size/variant! Can I change it?

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order. If your order has already entered the production, we won't be able to stop it.

Contact us anyway, we still care and we'll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.

Your credit card information is used automatically to complete the requested transaction and is not stored or viewed in any other way.
